New Name

So why the new name?

Well a number of reasons. iDroidApps was named as such because at the time we were writing iPhone and Android apps (that's right, even then we knew Windows Mobile wasn't going to make it!) Our work now is very different - it's around Agile 'tiger' teams, and web development that works on desktops and mobile devices alike, and of course our Internet of Things.

And to be fair, the iDroidApps logo and brand was starting to look rather dated. It was time for a refresh!

So why "Agile Gecko"? Well, "Agile" is in there to represent the way we work - it's almost always Agile now, though with varying degrees (how long is an agile piece of string?) And "Gecko" because what's not to love about Geckos?!

Of course, it's got nothing to do with the ancient trick of keeping your company name near the top of an alphabetical list!
